Day Outing: Motorcar Cavalcade Concours d’Elegance ’24

Last year we thoroughly enjoyed the day outing to the Motorcar Cavalcade Concours d’Elegance 2024 and it’s back February 4 with even more to offer. You spend a glorious winter day in Miami walking the well manicured grounds of a championship golf course in Aventura and enjoying serious eye candy, entertainment, gourmet treats and bespoke cocktails, all included. It’s for everyone from automobile enthusiasts and the car curious to those loving people watching. Find an automobile collection ranging from iconic vintage classics to modern exotics, from every decade since the ’30s, with top models (and some guests) dressed to match.
This third addition has entertainment by Jon Saxx with DJ Mike Tee and a list of celebs and over 200 classic and modern cars compete for prized trophies in 16 atypical classes, showcasing their excellence in design and technology features from the dawn of motoring to the most advanced hypercars in the world. Enjoy the view and a variety of cuisines this year with pavilions set amongst the cars including tastings of American, Japanese, Mexican, Spanish and more, bespoke cocktails and champagne.
At the golf course of the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, it’s billed as a lifestyle event, a garden party.It will feature a lineup of celebrity judges and a diverse array of automobiles. The judging panel includes notable figures from the automotive world, sports stars, and VIP celebrities. Confirmed judges for this year’s Motorcar Cavalcade include Beth Paretta, Team Principal of Paretta Autosport (Indy Car); Kerry Sanders, NBC Correspondent; Lyn St James, Hall of Fame race car driver; Alonzo Mourning, former Miami Heat Basketball player; Tommy Kendall, Hall of Fame Race Car Driver; Jay Ward, Pixar Creative and creator of the Cars franchise, and Heisman Trophy winning, Super Bowl winning MVP Desmond Howard to name a few.
Motorcar Cavalcade boasts an impressive selection of automobiles that spans the rich tapestry of automotive history. A small sample includes:

Limited early bird tickets are available to the general public for $375 and provide access to the Motorcar Cavalcade Concours d’Elegance 2024 all-inclusive garden party which includes gourmet culinary pavilions, decadent desserts, fine wines, specialty cocktails, champagne and more—all available throughout the Concours day. The event is open to ticketed spectators from 10am – 4pm. The awards ceremony and keynote speakers are scheduled within this time frame, culminating at approximately 4pm with the presentation of the “Best in Show” awards.
